Vanguard S&P500 ETF - very low barrier of entry

Board lot of 100 shares at roughly HKD20 per share. So can pretty much start investing at around HKD2k.

This is a really low entry barrier!

Yes yes, I know people will talk about liquidity, withholding tax etc, but for anyone wanting to start out on ETFs and don't have lots of money to invest or set up a brokerage account with IB, Saxo, etc, I think 3140.hk is something to seriously consider.

The big question is: how long can we still ride the US equity market. I wonder if it's too much of a gamble to go for Vanguards HK 3169 which is an all CHina ETF.
They are down 20% right now amid fears of an escalating trade war and the weak RMB.
    whats your take ?
