    First time I see the words, "Bank" and "Luck" mentioned in the same sentence.

    Next week, interim 3 results of HSBC. I am not holding my breath.

    SCB needs a change in leadership... the Jose Vinals / Bill Winters duo swept in with great energy and promised to revitalize the business. 5 years later, the restructuring still hasn't finished...

    What do you guys think? Should they deserve more time?

    The key was the possibility of resumption of "conservative" dividends in 2021. However the requirement to "consult" with a regulator whose principle skill set is minimising the risk of public relations disasters rather than minimising the risk of banking industry failure puts a very large question mark against those hoping for a dividend to be paid.
