How long before HK property prices come back to 2019 level

Closing this one (if there is anything of that sort in this forum) with that while it seems property prices will stabilize in HK, there are other potentials out there that seems will perform better. I choose to go for those.Thanks all for the advise/perspectives

Is it just me or has anyone else noticed that listings are way up?

I think that's fair, and a small downward movement in price. In another 6-12 months is when I think we will see a real drop and bottoming out.
