I notice some places mentioning a "grey market for retail investors" is that accessible for 'all' retail investors or just those on the high volume type of accounts?
You can't settle any trade, so my guess is grey market is just about agreement between two parties.. Check with your broker if you have one.. unfortunately the faceless bank trading platform doesn't allow for such excitement in the stork market in hk anymore... 8-)

Not just because of Ant but at least in part due to the volume of IPOs generally, the HKMA intends to sell bills to remove excess liquidity from the HK banking system. Kyle Bass's short on the HKD looking pretty much out oft the money at this stage.
