After a few years working in Hong Kong, I want to increase my savings but I don't know where to start

English is not my native language and I don't know much about Unit trust, bonds ...
Which easy to read books/forum can you recommend to learn about investing in HK ?

My banker at Standard Chartered was not very helpful !

Start on this site, a lot of useful information especially for beginners, including which books to read or where to find info. Just browse through the investment section.
