Stocks are easier to understand. "What is a stock in Apple?". "It's a claim to ownership of a small piece of a company and its profits in perpetuity".

"What is bitcoin?" We still haven't decided whether it's an equity, money, digital gold. It's price is mostly a function of hype (sometimes referred to as technical analysis by so-called influencers) since there are no fundamentals.

try Huobi. Other that, don't invest thinking it will make you rich, that should more of a bet than investing in stocks.

I think questions are legitimate to ask and always lead to more information helping to make educated decisions. Bitcoin is a speculative play and potentially a card house investment but we should also not discount it’s potential for further massive gains given that some corporations Jumping on board ( Tesla is just the beginning IMHO) plus it’s seen by many as a hedge against inflation and potential correction in the markets given its lofty valuations. I think the best approach is to gauge ones appetite for risk and limit exposure to a degree that a potential 100% loss can be stomached. But it’s also entirely possible that BTC goes to 200,000 this year.

Second this point ... The easiest way I have found of changing fiat into crypto recently has been Binance's P2P marketplace. You send HKD by payme, and they send crypto on Binance (and Binance locks their assets until it's all approved so no worries on that side)

Why not invest? Elon Must CEO of Tesla has invested $1.5 billion USD into bitcoin.
