Property Transaction Sales Records - Village houses

Trying to understand the market SALE price for village houses in Sai Kung & Clearwater bay area.

Unable to get good online resources for this data. The realty companies websites mostly have data only for the private villas and not for village houses.

And on the land department website allow us to order transaction record. But this needs to be done for each house individually. Have been done it for about 20+ houses. Would like to quickly review the entire transaction data

Are there any portal or agency that will be able to provide report (preferably in excel) that list the historical sales transaction by address with transaction date and value for last few years ?

Check Midland realty, Centanet, they tend to have the most data. Otherwise just bribe an agent there to get the data for you lol

haha ! yes.. considering to do that, if can not find a proper source.

And midland do not have village house data. Just got off a chat with contact person on their portal.
