Does anyone have experience with buying a new flat from agency?
I want to buy a new flat that will be admitted in next year.
My agency gave me a price list and basically their prices are the same as developer's.
But the agency agreed to give me 1% cash rebate.
For example:
Developer's original price $1 M
Developer offers some discounts 2-5% depending on payment methods : The prices after discounts are $980K-950K
Agency cash rebate after completion: $9800-9500
May I ask if this would be the best deal I can have?
Is there anything else I need to know?
