Does anyone have any recommendations for a decent commercial real estate agents? I have done the google search and loads were listed...
Just wondered who I should / should not avoid.
Looking for a office of around 600 - 700 square feet, location not too important as long as within 15 mins walking distance of MTR station. Needs to be cheaper than current office rent ($23 per sqaure foot).
