Lost tax documents

so the wife lost her tax document and completely forgot. what to do now? already over due. is there a fine for this?

Go to Revenue Tower. Get a ticket. Speak to the staff member. Apologise. Pay (I think need cash or cheque book). Late payment charge often waived.

not the first. but just lost it with all the mails and all. not very organized. i will make her to go to the tower tomorrow to pay. sigh...
