Hi all, I'm waiting on a final offer to work for a Hong Kong company starting September. However, due to the pandemic I can't physically be in Hong Kong just yet and will likely be working remotely from the Philippines until early 2022. I will be paid as a consultant but I am going to be counted as an employee starting September. I'm trying to figure my tax situation out - am I liable to pay HK taxes? Anyone else from the Philippines know which tax to pay?? Would love to avoid the 32% tax rate here, thanks!!
