If loss of job due to recession, can get payment exemption of 2020/2021 tax demand?

I got my 2019/2020 two months ago. Then a few weeks ago I got my 2020/2021 tax demand AND my 2021/2022 provisional tax demand. Feeling very poor LOL That Maserati will have to wait.

Ok my mrs got her tax demand last week and today I suddenly saw a msg on my phone saying i have a new msg in the IRD system and I looked and it was my tax demand notice, opened it up and its different from what I usually get.

Title is "Notice of assessment and refund of tax for 2021/21 and Notice of provisional tax for 2021/22".
There is a bunch of calculations and at the bottom is : Net tax repayable = XXXX$$

I dont see a due date for payment, does this mean Im getting a REFUND

My 1st ever TAX REFUND OMG or am I dreaming and the Net Tax Repayable is what I need to pay IRD??
