    So what would you call a traditional "English" or "American" breakfast (cereal, with yoghurt or milk; juice, coffee/tea, bacon/eggs/blackpudding/beans/sausage/mushrooms/tomato, toast & marmalade)?

    (and perhapa the reason why ~ amongst others ~ brit and american are bigger size that french :-D).

    I like the occasional eggs/toast/bacon but maybe once eveey 2/3 weeks....u cant eat that every day.

    My Dad does, and has done all his life! And he's active and slim. SO annoying!

    okayyyy there are always exception.
    Am sure Phelps eats triple that at brekkie but then again he swims more in a day than many of us in our life.

    Gruntfuttock has a breakfast like this, with three pints of beer. Twice a day. And supersizes it at weekends.
