Permanent hair removal - Dr Image vs Devil Beauty

Hi!
I know there are tons of threads about permanent hair removal but I am still a bit lost!
I called them all... Bella is over priced, Dermes does look good but I feel like the specialists are just sales staff wearing a blouse!
I called Devils Beauty.. and they super cheap : 9000 for both udnerarms and brazilian valid for a year .. using IPL technique...
I also called Dr Image and they quoted me 4800 for armpit and 7800 for brazilian, using Apogee technique! sounds good...
has anyone tried any of those two before??

I just tried Devil Beauty and they are great. They offer IPL, which is less instant than using a laser machine like the Alexandrite, but also much less painful. With IPL they shave you and then you have the treatment and then it grows back just as it would normally, so you have to be patient to see the results! You have to go back every 3 weeks or so and it takes about 10 treatments, whereas with the Alexandrite the hair is instantly removed and doesn't grow back for about 3 months. Tiffany at Devil Beauty is great and their packages are the best I could find in HK ($6800 for 15 months of unlimited treatments for bikini line and $9800 for a brazilian). I can't find anyone out here who will use laser on a bikini line as it's apparently too sensitive, but if anyone hears of someone who will, let me know!
