Cheaper Massages?

Hi,
I'm trying to find some current info about a Swedish massage, and I don't mean the Tantric ones, just a plain old deep tissue massage. Most of the info I have found is for spas at hotels which means they are too pricey. Just trying to find a decent day spa that won't break the bank. OR if that isn't possible, how about a nice foot place that also does shoulders?

I use Essential Spa for their massages. I bought a package of 10 massages which make it affordable.

Go to New paradise health center in Wanchai.. it's not a typical "spa" experience but it does the trick... It's got an after hours promo that after 10pm it's roughly $300 for 90 minutes, you can lounge with a drink and they also serve you noodles. From what I hear it used to be a place where movie stars used to frequent.

Or get one at home. Try Chang at 98199692. Very good, honest and reliable.

Groupon have very good deals. I know many people are worried about using Groupon, but my friends have tried buying a few things from their site and we've found they've been reliable every time so far. You get many good massage deals around every week or two.
