Depends on what you're looking for. Iyara on Ship Street has more of a spa feel and isn't the cheapest but I regularly go there and can't fault it. If you like it they do the usual packages where you save money and they also have spas in Mid levels and central which you can also use

I think Geoexpat is an excellent resource to help new expats navigate their way throughout Hong Kong. However, some things are better learned on your own.

You don't need geo to help you on this one. Walk in, introduce yourself & ask questions. Don't let Geo rob you of what makes HK so special....the unknown.

I've done a fair amount of just wandering in and trying it, but I've gotten so-so results. It's not a terrible way to find something, but it takes much more time and costs more money before you find something good. That's why recommendations are nice.

I know one in Causeway Bay is highly recommended and they provide home service too.

If anyone is still looking for a sports massage therapist, finally found someone I've been very happy with and able to recommend. Anthony Chong, email at [email protected]. If you want his number, I can PM that to you.

Had something on my shoulder bothering me for quite a while. Went to physio, tried various Thai massages, Chinese massage and blind massage with no satisfactory results. Anthony was able to get me results.

I do some workouts and regular weight lifting and he's been taking care of my tight muscles.
