If you don't mind paying big $s, Mr. Samuel So at the Mandarin Salon does a phenomenal Shanghai Pedicure. Currently charging $660 for one hour and it is worth every cent!

Actually been there before, and yes, they do a great job.

Was looking for something a bit more economical price wise though.

I've used Nail Nail in the MTR Central station for 'in-between' pedicures, I think around the $300 mark (I combined with a mani) and they were OK. Just that once you've had Mr. So, it's hard to go anywhere else

There is a place in Sheung Wan, but not sure if they cater to men. Can the wifey call and ask?

I and mr tried THE SUNRISE in 2nd alley-alley in central, they do great job pedicure, manicure, haircuts man and woman and they are not expensive forgot the exact address but you can call pat 2525-3394 very friendly and pedicure is $70.

I've tried the Shangahinese style pedicure at home. If I remember correctly it was about $200+.
It's a very simple sort of toe nail cutting using scalpel-like tools. The important thing was it got rid of my pain, and I was very happy.
His name is Mr. Tam ( mobile no. 97791967 ) and he does home visits. He doesn't speak much English but is a very friendly guy.
