Tattoo artist recommendation

Hi can anyone help me find a good tattoo artist- based on experience. Need to get someone really good at work, hygienic and of course not very expensive as such. Do help

I used Star Crossed Tattoo in TST, Couple of South African guys, very hygenic, price probably not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

For something that you are permanently putting on your body do you really want cheap?

No I am not saying cheap- just reasonable and not over priced. Who is the artist at this place? Any specific recommendation?

Tbh if you want a good tattoo here you will have to pay up. None of the good artists are cheap. Of course it depends on the complexity of the piece though. There are simple things that are fine to be done by cheaper artists but if it is complex you really should save up some more and go with someone great.

If I was to get another tattoo I would go with Wang at Tattoo Temple. His recent work is amazing and this is only about 1 year after starting to tattoo. I offered to have mine done by him when he first started but at the time he was only about 4 tattoos in and wasn't good enough yet. Now I wouldn't hesitate. I think everyone at TT has massive wait times though and they are expensive, but for something that is going to be on you forever it is worth it.
