    Are these made-up words?

This has been driving me a bit mad for a while, would appreciate any input from the collective...

    Karitebutter Fetttosliches Gelee Oguiubillzzo
This phrase/slogan/wording/whatever appears on a bunch of stuff which my gf has bought from a local cosmetic company - shower gel, face masks (as below) and so on. "Karite butter", called shea butter in English, is a real thing, and "gelee" sounds like a real enough word, but are there actually any languages which use the Latin alphabet in which the words "fetttosliches" (three consecutive 't's?) or "oguiubillzzo" (double 'l' followed by double 'z'?) could exist?

I'm assuming they're just made-up European-sounding words, but they draw my eyes every time I see them, because they just look wrong

It's not German. I'm native speaker, trust me!

"Fett" is a German word, but the rest does seem rather ad hoc...

It probably is badly misspelled German,

    Karite
    Butter
    Fetttloesliches Gelee
    Oguiubillzzo

Put it on your face and, while you wait for a deforming, disfiguring skin reaction, enjoy a nice can of Heimekem.

And even if you really figure out what it means - you really think that's in it?

http://www.joseristine.com.hk - obviously some mainland goo put into fancy containers and probably sold as 'No. 1 German brand' to the believers.

If it ever were tested on animals, at least they didn't had to suffer for long.
