I like the decent subsidised car park, probably increase due to Mtr though

It will be interesting to see the product/ sizes mix at the new place ...
Yeah, some decent sized men's jackets/suits would be a start. think they top out at a 44 chest.

I buy all my smart clothes @ Marks & Sparks...Marks & Sparks, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire that is...then have it mailed over...much more civilised than going to a...a...mall and rubbing shoulders with the riff raff.

I am asking because it would seem that the middle class in HK, is rather thin. Lots and lots of poor and a minority of rich and very rich.
Most in HK either cannot afford M&S or would not bother to go in as they shop at more high end place. Hence my query,,,

If so the one in Sha Tin seems a bit unnecessary. You only need one Apple Store to service the mainlanders on the east rail line (China express)
    Mainlanders and me

The Apple shop in Festival Walk saved my poorly Macbook. The IFC one looks ready to collapse onto the road beneath it from all the customers.

Gutted about the M&S though. But there seems to be a tiny pop-up food M&S in replacement of it (mainly selling tins of biscuits) in the less nice part of the complex...
