Since I took the trouble to recommend this company I feel obligated to update this thread and rescind that recommendation.

Purchase 3 dresses in the sale, two XL and one L. The L and one of the XL fitted, the other XL was too small. Tried to return and lo! No returns on sale items.

So given the wide variation in fit and refusal to refund or exchange, I won't be using them again.

I blame the EU for not enforcing EN 13402. If clothing were properly sized it would help to decimate the high street / mall by significantly reducing online trading costs as returns due to size would be minimised.

Perhaps Amazon in Europe will force companies to properly size clothes.

Yes, I thought so too. But not for sale items apparently. I do understand that some people are just a pain in the neck and return things because they don't like them, but mine just didnt fit even though it was the "same size" as another dress that did fit!
