Zalora Online Returns

Hi - recently bought from Zalora online and need to return the item. However, even when I get to the English version website, when I click for online return form, it goes to the Chinese form (traditional or simplified options only).

Does anyone have a link to share, to take me to an English return item form? Apparently with that form you just drop of the item with the form at any 7-Eleven or SFE shop.
