Mina dev will is the name of the shop. At the escalator one street up from Wellington. I haven't been in a few months but I went to Joe Chan (female) for many years, she was very good. Good English too. My hair requirements are not so high but she did a great cut in my opinion and my wife likes it too. The place is a bit cramped, but you know it's like that here.
