Is there any old bra donation drive somewhere? How do you get rid of old innerwear?

    Pretty much as titled.

Or do people just dispose them like regular garbage?

    Thanks!

There are a number of clothing recycling points in Hong Kong. The one I use is at the entrance of Victoria Park, opposite the Pullman hotel. Big green bin, can't miss it.

Some H&M stores have recycling bins near their tills - it doesn't have to be H&M brand clothing, and they'll even give you a voucher for dropping things off.

Edit - seems I'm mistaken about the community bins - no underwear allowed. And many brands halted recycling initiatives due to the pandemic.

Rubbish. You are not going to catch covid from a piece of used clothing. I gave some to Crossroads if that helps - but you need to download their app and take photographs first, it;s a pain in the neck.

They are possibly referring to the uptick in STDs in HK this year but also not likely to be caught from clear underwear

I looked up the community bin rules - no underwear, no bedsheets, no towels. I suppose the sanitary line has to be drawn somewhere.

The sanitary line or the sanity line? If they’ve been cleaned what could possibly be wrong?

Looks like they're drawing the line at the bottom.
