Hi everyone, looking for reasonably priced hairdressers ... they all seem very expensive all around HKD400... is that the normal price?

If you just want a simple haircut then QB House will do it in 10 minutes for $70. There are currently 10 "salons" on HK Island.

Local salons in Aberdeen are much cheaper. There are quite a few express $60-70 places and there was also a kids salon with cute cars on the 1/F of Abba Shopping Mall , 223 Aberdeen Main Road.
I've been going to MVM in Wanchai
Only $100 for a decent fade

I really believe you get what you pay! 400 is the normal rate for good barbers where your face wont look so 'local'
