    Where can i find good hong kong desserts / tong sui? and reasonable price dim sum?

    ok, for desserts look for: hui lau san (can't write the chinese characters here, but the last one looks a little like an upside down "T") or honeymoon dessert

    for dim sum, pretty much any cantonese restaurant will serve it. generally speaking, the farther away from central, the cheaper. personally, i like the dim sum at the Federal Palace chain of restaurants.

    山 (means mountain) looks more like a rotated E

    yes, thank you, i know what it looks like and what it means... to me it still looks like an upside down "t".... especially when you think about old style typewriter "t"s...
