Cool Best Milk-Tea in Hong Kong?

I'm an avid avid fan of Milk-Tea (Taiwan style, not really Hong Kong style), but my favorite place that I used to go to shut down. Anyone know a delicious place that I should try? It could be a restaurant or an outlet, I'm all for it!

I've tried the following places, they're ok but not what I'm looking for:
    Gong Cha
    Comebuy
    Share Tea
    Taiwan Cafe
Lot of random shops in Mongkok and Causeway bay

You wanna' maybe explain how the place you liked so much differed from (and was better than) the list of "usual suspects" you listed above? That would give your fellow GeoExpatriots criteria on which place to recommend.

Taste is such a nebulous concept that I can't give too concrete of a reason.

For me, it's mostly to do with the quality of the tea they use and less about the tapioca pearls. It seems most of the places I've visited use tea powder so there is always a distinct flavor that doesn't sit quite right with me.

Since every place has a slightly different taste, I figured that I might as well try them all and see what I like

I'm sorry but the list you gave are not Milk Tea by HK standards, you're talking about sugary watery crap from Taiwan. Please call it BBT (bubble tea).

HK in general has good HK Style milk tea, for example, Chui Wah has good milk tea, just be sure to ask for a lil less cream + syrup and you're good to go. Also Tai Hing is not bad either. That's a good place to start.

At home, I learned from my mom and bought the PG Tips tea bags that you can get in Park N' Shop, throw three bags into a cup, hot water, add evaporated milk, add sugar (I like the raw sugar (essentially brown Sugar)), and you're all set.
