New Subway on caine road, mid-levels???

    They are seemingly unable to make proper pho in this town. The stock is too weak every time I've had it, and the veg & herbs not fresh enough. Rather have Subway anytime.

    Nha Trang's beef pho in Wellington st (escalator end) is excellent. Soho Spice also do a good version, quite rich broth.
