I'm sure Delaney's, Dickens and Canny Man will be serving perfectly pleasant pub grub but Cafe Deco are a proper restaurant and would be my choice food wise but I don't know the others. Unfortunately however Cafe Deco seem to have organised some kind of children's entertainer which is worrying. So on the one hand if you go to Cafe Deco you'll have good food but on the other you may have to put up with listening to a laid-off investment banker trying to make ends meet by singing Jingle Bells in a clown suit.

For pup grub the Canny Man on the basis you can also try that great Scottish delicacy, the haggis.
