bet you the scalpers will be there on Sunday to take the limited supply of burgers which will be sold at a 500% mark-up in the mainland.

So how good is it really? How does it compare with what's here already, ie what has been your burger choice in HK until now?

Not sure how good In N Out is but my choice here is MOS Burger, or BLT Burger if I'm feeling flash.

I don't eat burgers too often, but I've eaten at places like GBU, Monster Burger and so forth and In-N-Out destroys them. I mean, they are the best burgers in the U.S., a country which, for all its flaws, does burgers very very well.

I am understanding of the skepticism, but in this case: believe the hype.

Aha, see I thought GBU was good so now I have an idea

(actually I don't eat them often as my son doesn't like burgers or fries, seriously! But now and again ...)

GBU is very good. I like them. Arguably the best burgers in HK (and they price accordingly, of course).

But In-N-Out is a religious experience.
