Do you want the best food or just the luxury ambiance? For the most delicious (fresh!!!) seafood I can recommend Sai Kung, just go where it is busiest.

Why does it have to be the "most expensive" ? Doesn't always mean that's the best!

Sai Kung, we are partial to Hung Kee... but the interior of the restaurant leaves much to be desired.

    sit outside instead....

seafood doesn't have to be so expensive to be good.

there is also a western-style seafood place in sai kung called: Anthony's Catch
    much fancier, too.

Yes, if you want the best then,as Molie says, Sai Kung. Or, in our recent experience, Lamma Island. But not so glamourous, so I guess you will need other options!

If budget is of no limits, go for fook lam moon. Call the manager and advise of your planned expenditure and arrange for a room with personal service. You will get the best seafood ever but expect 3-4k per person. This is hk afterall.

    Thank you guys for reply!
The guest said "the coolest seafood restaurant". which makes an impression as a luxury (good view etc) and good dishes. In my mind it might be quite expensive restaurant, but the budget is unlimited - so best of the bests accepts too
