Yup, a "local" joint - paper toilet on the table and stool.

Not high class but they are all Thai and it's full at lunch time usually

Tried lunch@Tuk Tuk Thai today and Ayuthaiya in yesterday

Tuk Tuk Thai-small place, set lunch$57 (include soup + drink), no service charge. Taste not bad, suggest Fried Thai Flat noodles

Ayuthaiya-Gd service, around $100 per head (without drinks) plus 10% service charge. Taste also not bad but hv to wait at least 30 mins.

Keen to try others Thai restaurant

ZeccaC, if you like Thai food, you should try Sun Thai at Jeffe Road, Wanchai (opposite AXA Building). The Pomelo salad & dried chicken curry is very good. Thanks for organizing the Central lunch though!
