Sashimi rice is served in a lot of places here. What area are you thinking of?

    Sushi Restaurant

I think everyone's ideal sushi place is different, but I usually go to Sen-Ryo 千両 [Link] since it's a nice place for sushi. You could also try Dondonya in Tsim Sha Tsui (Unit 2103-04, 1 Austin Rd W Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong), but I haven't been there. I heard It's a good place, so It's worth a try

Have u tried 定食 Doraya? The Diced Salmon Set in Iron tastes good! This restaurant is highly recommended by an old colleague of mine.

I believe what OP is asking for is somewhere that serves decent sashimi, as a sashimi rice bowl is simply a select assortment of sashimi(typically chosen by the chef) over sushi rice... dish is also called Chirashi(zushi)... I'm also curious to know where ppl get decent sashimi in HK as well, w/o selling a kidney...
