I'm at that Western Plaza thingy, decided to walk here from TST, brisk pace took 30mins.

Glad I walked though, saw some sights I never saw before.

And no, its not about maximum fat on the goose. If you extrapolate from all the posts you'll find:

    - locals prefer Yue Kee
    - Chan Kee does the fattier goose
The direct bus from TST (or nearby anyway) is the red minibus that goes from Jordan - Parkes Road just by exit A of the Jordan MTR.

A goose has dry meat and juicy (fat) meat so no problem to get as you prefer.
Apart from that atmosphere is really good and they make loads of great dishes - my personal favorite is a dish of fried cubes of beef filet with sichuan pepper

You live in Sham Tseng right? It's a great little town to eat out in isn't it? We often head down there for breakfast, about a 10 minute drive from us...

Not found the Thai - we have eaten in the Indian in the back a few times (although not for a while). Where is the Thai?

Yup, I live there and love it
Food options are plentiful - traditional chinese dai pai dongs, Indian, Italian (-ish), Pizza, French (-ish / western), hot pot, noddles
Nothing is fantastic but most is decent - and offer a great ambience and atmosphere in my opinion. Its a great shorts+slippers+beer kind of place with most places offering outdoor dining
