Ah Say on Lock Rd, open 24 hours a day. It serves absolutely anything. In the daytime and evenings its crammed full of mainlanders as its one of the cheapest places to eat in TST.
Tsui Wah is a good place to go with English menus, locations all around HK (http://www.tsuiwah.com/en/business/restaurant/branches/), locally in Sai Kung variety of stalls behind 7 - 11 near the green mini bus terminus (Fuk Man Rd) especially
the first stall which serves rice rolls, fried noodles, skewers, etc

'Ngan Lung' is always my first choice if there's one around. Love the typical Cha Chaan (set meal with ham omlet & noodles, i like to change it into korean's for $5) offered there. The tea with milk is good too!

Convenient in Central. Fast and a bit dirty as dai pai dong should be. Could sit as long as you like.
