    Upscale Chinese restaurant in CWB

Looking for ideas for an upscale-ish Chinese restaurant in/around Wanchai/CWB/TinHau areas.

    - dont want to go crazy $$$; avoid Hotels
    - guests have delicate pallets; avoid Sichuan
    - nice and upscale without breaking the bank; similar to Hunan Garden times sqare or Peking Garden TST ($200-$400 pp is OK)

    Do you have any favorites?

    Kung Tak Lam Shanghai Vegetarian

Has a great harbour view, but you will need to book a window side table a few days in advance for lunch or dinner.

They also have a location in 1 Peking Road which also offers a stunning harbour view to dine to.

The Graces Restaurant - Lei Theatre 22/F. Nice views, not typical decor, reasonable prices, Cantonese food. Love their dim sum.

Manor is good. Avoid Dragon King - beautiful view but horrible horrible service and too $$$ for what it's worth. The Chinese restaurant at Harbour grande is nice and has a nice view and decor as well.
