Why bump, there's like one other topic on this board that had a post today
And there was some recent discussion in this topic: http://hongkong.geoexpat.com/forum/2...ead246030.html
Oh wait you made that topic.
You sure love buffets
I do love buffets haha but after a spell of not going, I realised that quite a few had gone downhill...

Mandarin Oriental any day.
Cafe kool at kowloon Shangri la is awful so, specifically, how does cafe too at island shangrila compare?
This is for future reference as you're right, the mandarin is excellent but it gets fully booked easily...

I've never been to Cafe "Kool" only attended a conference at the Kowloon Shangri' the food wasn't bad in fact quite impressive considering it was a conference, the cocktail "buffet" was good 'hick'
Four seasons have a semi-buffet from what I was told... Any good?
Went to mandarin yesterday...excellent quality esp desserts but poor main course and starter selection... V good if u like cold seafood though...and, as always, impeccable service
