Restaurant for a Birthday Dinner?

Can anyone please recommend a restaurant to hold a Birthday Dinner?

I'm planning to have around 15 people, and it would be best if the price could be kept around $200-300 (or is that too low to expect?). I don't mind any cuisine as long as everyone can comfortably sit for a while (private dining space would be a bonus!) and be full up! Also, the location should preferably be on HK or Kowloon side!

La Vache is a nice Parisian bistro in Central and they do a special every night of starter salad, rib eye with unlimited frites and bernaise sauce for $258. Steak was outstanding, didn't even need the sauce, but we lathered it on anyway. Strikes me as a crowd pleaser.
