Went there last Saturday. A great little place and got myself a couple of steaks of which 1 was enough for 2 people. Got myself a slab which wont be ready for around 40 days but after that I can just pop in and get a couple of slices or just get them delivered and they store your meat till you finish it off.

Hmmm the idea of them giving it to you one or two steaks at a time sounds appealing. So how much and how heavy was the slab you bought, Trance

Well that will be a bit of a deal breaker for 70% of GEO's readership lol

Good to see you are willing to enjoy the fruits of your labour Trance, successful enough to just go out and get what you want, when you want and just do it. I like your, take no prisoners approach to life. . A doer instead of a " gunna, " how rare.....

The way I look at it is, I can get at least a dozen steaks out of that slab which works out at 291$ a piece. They are selling for 700 a piece if you buy one at a time, so I am saving plenty of money.
