Harbour view restaurant for large group

I am looking for a restaurant with a harbour view (prefer view of HK side) for my dad's 60th bday. It will be during the wet months so better not to do any outside terrace. There will be around 20 people. Budget is ~$700/head including alcohol, no need for dessert as we will have cake.

Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

What kind of food? Wooloomooloo in TST (The One branch) has great views and is roughly your budget

Don't forget the restaurant will charge you a fee for cake cutting. Upwards of $150. Some won't allow it either.

Do you have a preference on cuisine type?

I thought Wooloomooloo would be above that amount, I think around $1000 when I went there for steak, 2 sides and a beer. I guess it depends on which steak you choose.

Fee for cake cutting is fine. Food preference would be either general western food (Steaks, fish fillet, pasta etc) or Chinese (I thought Hutong might be an option but I think it might be too spicy for a lot of guests).

Hotel ICON's "Above & Beyond" (near Hung Hom) has good Chinese food and great harbor views. I haven't been there with a large group, but at least in the section with the smaller tables they have strategically-placed mirrors so guests get the views no matter which way they are facing. Should be manageable within budget.
