There is a veggie Shanghainese place on the 10th floor of the World Trade Centre - or as they call it now, "wtc more"...

Kung tak lam shanghai vegetarian restaurant in one Peking building at TST and Mana in central are my favourites. Kung tak lam has branches in causeway bay and shatin too.
Khana Khazana in Wan Chai is rather good, and it has a lot of dishes that other Indian restaurants in HK don't offer.
Yep KK is our go-to (wife is a veggie) for good veggie food.
