If you do end up trying it, let me pre-warn you. Its real indian food
No wishy-washy flavours. This is hand crushed and roasted fresh spices cooked with decent ingredients to a very good standard.

Authentic and inexpensive. Would definitely have it again and recommend.

Perhaps I will then. I have always considered Indian food to be an evening delicacy. Is it reasonably healthy then?

I had the chicken biryani today. No excess oil, a couple of pieces of succulent chicken, very well spiced and balanced.
I'd say it was fairly healthy. Portion was just right....

Couldnt tell you - I have a strict Dont Ask Dont Tell policy when it comes to eating home made food and using private kitchens.

Are any of the private kitchens in Hong Kong legal?
Are any of these kind of these legal : https://plateculture.com/destination/hong-kong

No clue. I prefer not to ask, and just enjoy

Well Beam's kitchen is on Openrice so you would hope it's legal.

Hm, having a bit of trouble. Can't find the app in my app store!

Also don't see any kind of menu on the website, only previous orders. Their promo video says they have all different kinds of food, but I only see three dishes.

It does sound like a good idea, though.
