It's common sense, It's not the restaurants fault that you're not concentrating.

Yes the staff could of handled it better but if you're going to a cheap dim sum place don't expect customer service.
If you want customer service then go to the four seasons etc
WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT ??
Seriously, the restaurant made a mistake. Full stop.

What int he name of god was your fucking explanation up there Jimbo. Take a deep breath, eat sthg but please don't post something like that..

The staff drop the wrong dish on the table and realise it too late....there is no other thing to be said.
When I eat I don't CONCENTRATE on what I have ordered...wtf seriously lol

Yeah, or hard to know if the dishes you get are the ones you ordered. Who knows what lurks in the pan fried dumplings before sinking your teeth into them? This can't be blamed on the customers at all.

Well, I've been taken to some dim sum places that make a point of using good ingredients or healthier cooking methods etc. There is a difference with the look and the taste. Like you can actually see the prawn or the minced pork rather than mush. I guess it's similar to cheap vs quality burger. With THW, I don't know, I guess it wasn't as bad as minced alien mush in the dumplings, and maybe they cut back on MSG or something, but it didn't taste of fresh food either and it was all just so bland. Been to 3 different branches and just can't see where that Micheline star came from.

P.S. Actually I haven't had delightful dim sum for quite a while, it's been tasting all very similar to me lately. I guess there was the novelty factor to begin with or maybe I'm hanging out at cheaper places lately keeping watch of my wallet ... Or maybe it's the standard HK restaurant curse, higher and higher rent = more and more corners cut... I have recently been delighted though by little eateries in areas that are just beginning to be gentrified, maybe the rent hadn't caught up, and they're cooking with heart. (Show some F**KING PASSION Ramsay style)
