Restaurants for dinner in Lai Chi Kok or environs?

I am grateful for any suggestions around Lai Chi Kok as I am entirely unfamiliar with the area. Don't believe I have ever even been there before.

Moderate budget and reasonable corkage would be ideal: I plan to bring own wine. Any cuisine as long as there is likely to be a veggy option.

    Thanks.

    Tang2?

its the more casual and wallet friendly branch of the China Tang/Island Tang restaurants. I went there and its ok for a group dinner and food was decent. not posh or fancy though.

Most Chinese restaurants in HK don't work this way. Maybe diners usually drink in the Chinese restaurants in western countries. Most locals don't drink Chinese or Western wines at meals.

You can always order vegetarian dishes at Chinese restaurants, some smaller places don't care you bring your own bottles, some may ask for a surcharge.
