You're going to get cross-eyed looks for calling it Western-style Chili Stew from anyone who knows how to make chili. Also, it's super-easy to make. There are as many recipes as there are people who cook chili. Look up a basic one and adjust to your personal tastes and available ingredients you have on hand.

"Western-style chili stew???" When is a chili not a "stew?" And by "Western," you mean Texan-style? Is there an "Eastern-style" chili???

For quick food option, the chili at Pret a manger is okay- a bit watery but will do in a pinch. Only on certain days though. https://www.pret.hk/en-gb/soups Also, Main St. Deli at Langham has it.

Hm, poorly constructed question on my part. My point is that people on geoexpat will have one association for the word/dish "chili." That is, beans, beef, tomatoes, etc. Not, say, mushy tofu and pork. Anyway, I'm becoming a language police here... Carry on with your lexical redundancies.

Sold at Wellcome. Very easy to make. And by the way, red beans do not go in chili. In Texas there are no beans in chili.

How about five way Cincinnati style chilli.

Five-way: spaghetti, chili, beans, onions, and cheese[3]

Very few customers order a bowl of plain chili.[24][25] Most chili parlors do not offer plain chili as a regular menu item.[19][20] Cincinnati Enquirer food editor Polly Campbell calls ordering a bowl of chili, "Ridiculous. Would you order a bowl of spaghetti sauce? Because that's what you're doing."[26]
