Larger than life Sai Kung, Hong Kong and Asia Pacific restaurateur of popular mid end eateries such as, Jaspas. Oolaa, Piccolo and Wagyu, recently lost his battle with cancer.

Hopefully the biz ( which employs 2000+ staff ) will remain unaffected and continue to run internationally via his children at the helm, as Hong Kong, really needs the F & B diversity and wish it luck for its continued success,
