Haven't thought that much about getting fair trade coffee before, but now would like to be buying fair trade. So....any of you have any good suggestions for that? I'm looking for a balance of taste, price, and fair trade-ness. :P I'm especially looking for beans but knowing of cafes that serve it would also be good.

Just from initial searches for beans, I've come up with Oxfam, FairTaste, and Kolb Coffee. For cafes, I'm not coming up with much besides Kolb Coffee (Kwun Tong). Have any of you tried these? Not sure about when/where the first two are roasted. Kolb looks like it could be good, but they also don't list the prices online, which makes me nervous.

Any other hidden gems to recommend?
