This is kind of random, but I really love the sauce that Tsui Wah serves with their Hainan chicken! I've had ginger/garlic sauce at a lot of places, but none of them taste like the TW one (very sour and strong-tasting). Now a lot of the Tsui Wah branches are closing, and I'm afraid I won't be able to get their sauce again!
Any of you cooking-inclined folks have an idea of how to recreate it at home? I am usually pretty good at figuring out flavors, but this one has me stumped.
