Any places in Hong Kong similar to Eggslut?

For the uninitiated, Eggslut is a global chain of egg-sandwich-focused restaurants, known for very indulgent sandwiches (definitely only for cheat days if you're on a diet).

Any places in Hong Kong that are similar? And if not an entire restaurant, any places that at least serve a similarly decadent egg sandwich?

Probably. I saw a couple of 'eggy' looking places at the weekend whilst walking from Wanchai to Central. Couldn't tell you exactly where they are. I went to the Eggslut in Goodwood, it was good not great to be honest. Eggs are always good. Some stuff like the wagyu roll was super overpriced for what it was.

Now that I think about it there was this cha chan ten in Tsuen Wan that used to do super big egg sandwiches. Not quite a refined obviously but excessive amounts of egg should be available, if that's your thing.

Should probably throw in a couple of places that I have already tried:

    (1) Eggy in Tuen Mun

REALLY GOOD. They use toasted bread slices instead of burger buns, but otherwise very very similar to eggslut. Delicious food and great prices. Only a couple of issues (a) it's basically a food stall, so everything is to-go and (b) more importantly, it's in bloody Tuen Mun which is extremely far. If they opened a second location downtown, I'd be ecstatic!

Sorry, I wasn't really 'looking' at food as I was on my way to lunch at Lawry's Prime rib, which was ok but I prefer my steaks with crust.

    (2) 'No Milkshake No Life' in Shek Kip Mei

Spotted a 'Bacon, Cheese and Scrambled Egg' burger on their menu, and went to try it with high hopes. Sadly, it wasn't that good, I'd give it 2.5 stars out of 5. True to the name of the shop, milkshakes were good haha
