Felix for the view (and bar)
L'envol for the ambience and for an 'occasion' that means dressing up a bit
Vea for the food experience (chinese-french fusion is different!)

Felix, Lenvol or VEA which one is your favorite, have tried neither, I should try one of them

Felix perhaps the most overrated and overpriced restaurant I have ever been to. One for a very pricey anniversary dinner and was amazed at how basic the food was.

The menu promised three tapas starters. A plate came.
"Meh, it's okay, lets see how the next two are"
That plate was the next two . Felt I was dining on fresh air.

DTF also very average. Tried it in Taipei and was noticeably of a higher standard.

I think the biggest success has been going to Shangri la Cafe Too, Cafe Kool and other such big buffets, something that doesnt exists in their home country, good quality overall and they can without pressure pick the stuff they "dare to try" (which means stuff they already are familiar with).
You can do a day trip to Mui Wo and go to Baan Rao. Great, authentic Thai food and they do fried rice in pineapple. Their green curry fried rice is great.

Boston is a 1970s coffeeshop. Who doesn't love a plate of borscht, followed by a Steak Diane with 3 French fries and mixed vegetables from the freezer, on a hot plate?

I haven't been at Wooloomolo Wan Chai for a long time but casually dropped in on Monday. Have to say food was severely overpriced for what you got, food was not bad but nothing special at all. Grand Hyatt Steakhouse is miles better at a similar price point. The only good thing I can say was that the fries side dish was a generous portion, will never go back. I do believe the TST venue is a better deal, better food and view.

Wouldn’t it be more apt for you to all meet up in Benidorm so you can have a good old fry up at the Nag’s Head?

I found the Kowloon location consistently better than the Causeway Bay outpost.
